A Disciplined Process

As part of our effort to ensure that we understand our client's unique financial needs and can assist them in creating a pathway to reach their goals, we follow a disciplined four-step process:

Phase I:  Discovery

We get to know you and you get to know us. We begin this stage during our intial meeting where we get to know one another. We focus on what your specific needs are, and what you want your investment capital to do for you. We will discuss traditional options, as well as introduce possibilities that may challenge the status quo in order to most effectively meet your objectives.

Phase II:  Strategy

The primary objective of this stage is to develop and introduce an effective, long-term investment strategy that is custom tailored to the unique needs of each client. We then develop a comprehensive proposal that outlines the strategy we recommend for long-term success.  This proposal is presented during the second meeting, at which time we review our strategies and explain the rationale behind our recommendations.

Phase III:  Implementation

The primary objective of this phase is to successfully implement your unique "one size fits one" investment strategy. By means of constant communication and a highly skilled staff, we strive to make this process quick and easy for you.

Phase IV:  Monitoring and Adjusting

We monitor our client's accounts on a regular basis to ensure that they are still performing in a way that meets their intention. We also continually monitor changes in the markets.  Through years of experience, we have adopted strategies to help identify significant changes in market "trend" at their early stages, with the goal of avoiding large sustained pullbacks, such as those seen in 2000-2002, and again in 2008.  At times, this calls for us to modify an existing strategy or to develop a new one. We communicate constantly through weekly market update emails, regular telephone conversations, web video and face-to-face reviews as often as desired and necessary. Our goal is concierge-level service and communication.
